For the past four years, I have dedicated my career to healthcare, driven by a deep passion for supporting others during some of the most important moments of their lives. During this time, I have also had the privilege of working with Clover Conceptions, where I’ve been able to make a meaningful impact through my professional role and my personal journey as a surrogate.
Becoming a surrogate has been one of the most profound and rewarding experiences of my life. I completed my first surrogacy journey in 2020 and my second in 2025, each time helping a family achieve their dream of parenthood. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on compassion, resilience, and the incredible strength of the human spirit.
My work in healthcare and my surrogacy journeys have taught me the importance of empathy, trust, and dedication. They have shaped me not only as a professional but also as a person, reinforcing my commitment to helping others in meaningful and lasting ways.

Grace, the founder of Clover Conceptions, brings together medical expertise, personal experience, and a deeply held respect for the journey to parenthood.
With many years of experience in the medical field, Grace understands the science behind assisted reproduction—yet it is motherhood that shaped her calling most profoundly. Family sits at the center of her life and informs every aspect of her work.
Her path into fertility care began at home, when her young daughter once shared her wish for a sibling. At that stage, natural conception was no longer an option. As Grace spoke with friends and colleagues, she discovered how many families quietly carried the same hope—longing to grow, yet uncertain where to turn. This realization led her to immerse herself in the world of IVF, studying the medical, emotional, and logistical dimensions of modern family building.
That knowledge became deeply personal when a close relative sought Grace’s guidance after years of infertility. She witnessed firsthand the physical and emotional demands of treatment, as well as the transformative role of surrogacy in the United States. When her relative finally held her child for the first time, the moment was marked by profound gratitude and joy—an experience that left a lasting impression.
From that moment, Clover Conceptions was born.

Hello, my name is Selena Bailey. I’m a proud mother of five, happily married, and a former surrogate — something I had dreamed of doing for many years. I had the honor of carrying a sweet baby boy who is now almost four, and the experience was one of the most meaningful chapters of my life.
Although I’m no longer able to be a surrogate, my passion for helping families continues. For the past four years, I’ve been part of the Clover Conceptions team, supporting and guiding women who feel called to this incredible journey. Hi, this is Katherine. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and have always enjoyed working with families and building connections. Before joining Clover Conceptions, I worked as an ESL teaching assistant in early childhood education and earned two TESOL certificates, which gave me the opportunity to support children and families from diverse backgrounds.
I’m fluent in both English and Mandarin, and I love helping intended parents and surrogate moms communicate clearly and build strong, trusting relationships. At Clover Conceptions, I work directly with our surrogates and intended parents while also helping manage our social media to share valuable resources and inspiring stories from our community.
What I love most about working with Clover is our incredible teamwork — we truly support one another and share the same passion for guiding and uplifting our surrogates every step of the way. Together, we make sure every woman feels heard, cared for, and confident throughout her journey.
