Senior Case Manager and Recruiter
For the past four years, I have dedicated my career to healthcare, driven by a deep passion for supporting others during some of the most important moments of their lives. During this time, I have also had the privilege of working with Clover Conceptions, where I’ve been able to make a meaningful impact through my professional role and my personal journey as a surrogate.
Becoming a surrogate has been one of the most profound and rewarding experiences of my life. I completed my first surrogacy journey in 2020 and my second in 2025, each time helping a family achieve their dream of parenthood. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on compassion, resilience, and the incredible strength of the human spirit.
My work in healthcare and my surrogacy journeys have taught me the importance of empathy, trust, and dedication. They have shaped me not only as a professional but also as a person, reinforcing my commitment to helping others in meaningful and lasting ways.

My name is Mackenzie Segura, and I’m a proud two-time surrogate and dedicated surrogate recruiter with Clover Conceptions.
My first surrogacy journey was a truly life-changing experience — I had the honor of delivering a beautiful baby boy, and I still stay in close touch with his family today. I’ll never forget the moment the intended parents held their baby for the first time — the joy, tears, and love in their eyes were unforgettable. Witnessing that kind of happiness reminded me of the incredible impact surrogacy has on families.
Helping create families has been one of the most rewarding parts of my life. After my first journey, I joined the Clover Conceptions team as a surrogate recruiter, where I’ve found so much fulfillment supporting other amazing women as they begin their own surrogacy journeys.

Hello, my name is Selena Bailey. I’m a proud mother of five, happily married, and a former surrogate — something I had dreamed of doing for many years. I had the honor of carrying a sweet baby boy who is now almost four, and the experience was one of the most meaningful chapters of my life.
Although I’m no longer able to be a surrogate, my passion for helping families continues. For the past four years, I’ve been part of the Clover Conceptions team, supporting and guiding women who feel called to this incredible journey. I love working with Clover because of the care, compassion, and teamwork we bring to every surrogate and intended family. Being able to help other women achieve their surrogacy dreams while creating joy for families is something I truly wouldn’t change for the world.

I’m Grace, the founder of Clover Conceptions. I’ve worked in the medical field for many years, but my passion for helping families grow comes from a very personal place. I’m a mother to a wonderful daughter. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and my passion for helping others grow their families comes from my own personal journey.
When my daughter was little, she once told me she wished she had a sibling to play and grow up with. By that time, due to age, I was no longer able to conceive naturally. I realized that many of my friends shared the same struggle—wanting another child, yet unable to expand their families. That curiosity and personal experience led me to explore the world of IVF, sparking my desire to learn, research, and understand every detail.
Later, one of my close relatives, who had struggled with infertility for years, came to me for guidance. I watched her go through countless treatments, heartbreaks, and challenges until finally, with the help of a surrogate in the United States.
With the support of a generous surrogate mother, she was finally able to welcome her baby into the world. I’ll never forget the tears of joy she shed when she held her child for the first time—and it inspired me to want to help others find the same joy.
That moment planted the seed of Clover Conceptions. Built on hope, compassion, and the dream of family, Clover Conceptions is dedicated to helping intended parents to make the miracle of life.

I am a passionate fertility professional with a BSN, and I have spent many years working in hospitals and as a third-party coordinator, building a strong medical background while helping families navigate the emotional and complex journey of surrogacy and assisted reproduction. From the very beginning of Clover Conceptions, I’ve brought my experience in case management and communication to ensure that every step of the process feels smooth, supported, and clear.
I believe that each family-building journey is unique, and I take pride in guiding intended parents, surrogates, and donors with empathy, transparency, and care. For me, it’s not just about helping families grow—it’s about creating meaningful experiences that touch lives and leave lasting joy.

Hi, this is Katherine. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and have always enjoyed working with families and building connections. Before joining Clover Conceptions, I worked as an ESL teaching assistant in early childhood education and earned two TESOL certificates, which gave me the opportunity to support children and families from diverse backgrounds.
I’m fluent in both English and Mandarin, and I love helping intended parents and surrogate moms communicate clearly and build strong, trusting relationships. At Clover Conceptions, I work directly with our surrogates and intended parents while also helping manage our social media to share valuable resources and inspiring stories from our community.
What I love most about working with Clover is our incredible teamwork — we truly support one another and share the same passion for guiding and uplifting our surrogates every step of the way. Together, we make sure every woman feels heard, cared for, and confident throughout her journey.
